They say variety is the spice of life. I guess that’s true, because some of these new weird flavor is coming on the store shelves speaks to the fact that humans are just tired of the same old thing. Are these flavors what we really want though?

One of the greatest things about tacos is the delicious meat that goes inside of them. Unfortunately, there are those who can’t always enjoy such a delicious treat. Now, we have the delicious addition of beyond meat, a meatless, plant-based substance that looks and tastes almost like ground beef. Put it in any taco and have a guilt free experience. No meat? Hello! Welcome to a somewhat long, but interesting episode. I will be talking about allergies, and a possible solution for them. I will also talk about microphones, as I discuss my latest microphone purchase. I will also be talking very briefly on writing and micro fiction. This is going to be a lot of fun.

This recording is just a brainstorm session. I talk about some ideas that are rolling around in my head regarding a new podcast. I also ramble about other things and update everyone on what is going on.

This episode might have a silly title, but it is anything but. I am talking about my day, because it was a rough one today. It is a long rant, and for those who choose to listen, I appreciate your bravery and thank you very much. I am also in the kitchen making pasta, which is the reason for the title.

Today, I received some very devastating news. One of the best camps I’ve ever gone to, my childhood hang out, my home away from home, and the place that first taught me independence, burnt down to the ground last night. Now it is time for the grieving process, even though it isn’t a person that I love. I lost the land that gave me so much, but the memories are still there.

Just sharing my thoughts on a few things, so hope you will listen with respect. There will be some sensitive topics discussed, and the dogs will be able to put their two cents in too. LOL :-)

Before we begin tomorrow’s challenge, where everyone posts audio for every day in the month of June, we reflect on the people that brought us so much personality, love, kindness, and information. For the month of June, it is important to remember the legacy we leave behind, especially the legacy in the words we say.

This is an episode where I rant about the frustration that I have been dealing with and trying to correct my dog is allergies. I have been looking for resources, and doing the best I can to prevent things from getting worse, but allergies just seem to rear their ugly head in all of our lives. I discussed the difficulties I face with my own allergies as well as other things. Why can’t allergies disappear? They are the most annoying thing that has ever been given to us on this forsaken planet.

We sit in a room at the urgent care, while I wait to get x-rays on my ankle. While we wait, I talk about different things that have been happening over the week, and later, you will hear my diagnosis, and I will be getting a splint put on live on Anchor. This should be interesting for all the people who like to hear this medical stuff.

Coming out here to say hi to everyone and giving an update on how things are going. Well, not really too much of an update, but more of a very thought-provoking conversation.
