29. Traditions
Encouragement and inspiration all around one of the most fun parts of being a mom (in my opinion!): creating traditions!
Family traditions are rituals that provide a sense of identity and belonging. They tell the story of your unique family... which means there is NO wrong way to do them!

28. Listener Question: Mommying & Work (from home)
Sharing 2 listener questions related to mommying & working from home. Here about my experience with work from home and my 6 tips for making it a success!
27. Parenting Suggestions. Dignity.
Parenting can not only be challenging, but lonely. Starting with this episode, I'm going to infuse some parenting suggestions into episodes, starting with giving others dignity since this is releasing on Indigenous Peoples' Day in the US.
26. Let it Go (Fall + Full Moon)
This episode is all about LETTING GO and releasing.
Learn about the full moon coming up on October 9th and rituals around the full moon.
Discussion about stagnation and why it is important to let things go so the body does not become "clogged."
Assignment: On the full moon (or during that week), write down EVERYTHING you need to let go of. Then BURN IT! Physically release that energy onto the paper and then into the air. It not longer serves you and is now no longer bogging you down.
Have a great week! Coming back next episode to chat about giving dignity to everyone.
25. Quality Time
A few weeks ago, I went on a girls trip and when I shared that, I got flooded with DMs similar to this one “I'm having my first solo trip (really first solo time period) and I'm not excited about it - but know I need it!”
So this episode tackles WHY so many of us feel this way, what matters most, and I share who you need to have quality time with.
This is a really important topic, mama. Please take 25 minutes to listen!

I RECLAIM MY POWER ON MY OWN MOTHERING JOURNEY.
We just finished up the Toxic Mom Series (Episodes 20, 21, 22) so instead of diving into a new episode today, I want to give you a moment to pause and think about that content again. Have you done anything differently? What CAN you do differently?

- 52 inspirational messages with journal prompts
- Split into 4 seasons (13 entries per season - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)

- Expressive writing and adult coloring opportunities (optional)
- Real-life experiences from moms in my audience of all types!
- Not faith/religious based
- FAQs - Who is this guide for? Who is the guide NOT for? Are there any discounts?
I then read passage from "Summer 15" which is one of the entries that relates to the toxic mom series in the guide. You can find more about the guide and purchase it at motherhoodgrace.store.

KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- You can feel more than one emotion at once, potentially even one negative and one positive… and that is normal.
- Everyone feels better when they feel seen and heard.
- Do not judge or interpret what you think is going on for those around you. Just repeat back what you know to be true for them, or your presence… and see what happens.
