Even though most people know about the health benefits of water, just about everyone falls short of the 'eight glasses a day' recommendation.  But do you really need to drink 8 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated? What about all the places people live where it's almost impossible to drink that much during the day? Join Dr. Bruce and Dr. Annie to discover a new way to think about hydration and how you can move beyond the '8 glasses a day' way of living.
