As such we look forward to you joining us and hopfully hearing your own thoughts on the movies we cover or even movies / directors you like to hear us discuss on future episode.

Kim and Elwood re-evaluation of the filmography of Hayao Miyazaki reaches the Oscar winning Spirited Away and a film which arguably brought an intrest in Studio Ghibli to the mainstream.

The film following ten-year-old Chihiro whose parents are turned into pigs when they stumble into an abandoned amusement park which at night becomes a resort for spirits. Now put to work in the bathhouse she must find a way to turn her parents back and escape the spirit realm.

Set in a post apocalyptic future were the survivors of humanity live in scattered settlements while giant insects roam the desert landscape which the teenage princess Nausicaä has learned to communicate with. But when a rival kingdom plans to revive and ancient weapon she finds herself drawn into a quest to stop them.

Regarded by Jamie Lee Curtis as the worst movie she ever made, we find out if it's as bad as she claims while looking at it's production from Dark Horse comic to the questionable acting choices of some of the cast and more!

Having remoulded the crime movie genre with his first three films Tarantino followed it up with this rip roaring tale of revenge following "The Bride" a character created with his leading lady Uma Thurman on the set of Pulp Fiction. Spread across two films with Vol. 1 paying homage to his love of Eastern cinema drawing on inspiration from Shaw Bros. movies and Pop samurai cinema like Lady Snowblood and Lone Wolf and Cub. With Vol. 2 he transfered his vision into a modern western.

We look at the films which inspired his vision, how the soundtrack has lived on through reality TV as well as some insightful differences in the translation plus more.

Having finally arrived with "Pulp Fiction" a film which not only marked him as director to watch but also firmly rooted him in the pop culture conscious. So it would be a surprising move that Tarantino would choose to follow it up with an adaptation of Elmore Leonard's "Rum Punch" only given a Tarantino twist.

Here Pam Grier plays the titular Jackie Brown, an air hostess and courier who after being nabbed by the FBI who are keen to have her turn on her arms dealer boss. However Jackie has plans of her own as an audacious money sting plot is launched.
