In this Multiply Podcast episode, James Rankine and Paul Lowe discuss the topic of generational leadership; unpacking how people in each generation lead differently and what this means for those considering church planting and multiplication today. 

We know that it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to plant a church. Planting a church requires so many more people, skills and talents than just the church leader; church planting at its best is a team effort.

In this episode we hear stories of those who have joined in the call to plant churches and be a part of that village. Intercessors, trustees, financial supporters, worship leaders, small group leaders, evangelists …

In this podcast we hear from Shapoor Ahmadi, a Civil Engineer and former asylum seeker from Iran, who is now based in Liverpool where he pastors the Liverpool Iranian Church and leads the Middle East outreach department of Mission24.
