And if that was not enough Claire's story touched the heart of UFC's Social Media Manager, Shanda Maloney who went all the way to the top and got UFC president Dana White involved who then invited Claire and her dad Charles to watch their very first UFC fight - UFC 183.

He stayed and won gold for his mom, and was also awarded the "Val Barker Trophy" at the 1976 Olympics, beating out such boxers as Sugar Ray Leonard, Michael Spinks, and Leon Spinks.
Davis turned pro after the Olympics and went on to a professional record of 36–6–1 with 14 knockouts.
Davis also tells us what it was like to train UFC legend Chuck Liddell and discusses being inducted into the Broward County Sports Hall Of Fame.

Find Out Why They Call Invicta FC Fighter Tonya Evinger, “The Triple Threat”
MustLoveMMA.com host Susan Cingari spoke with Tonya "Triple Threat" Evinger ahead of her title fight against Irene Aldana at Invicta FC 13 in Las Vegas, NV. Evinger went on to win that fight, earning the Invicta FC Bantamweight Champion belt. She has since twice successfully defended her title, first against Pannie Kianzad at Invicta FC 14, then Colleen Schneider at Invicta FC 17.
Her nine-fight winning streak came to a dramatic end at #Invicta FC 20, when a controversial decision led to a submission (armbar) loss to Yana Kunitskaya. Following a successful appeal, the Missouri AC overturned the result. Evinger vs. Kunitskaya 2 went down at Invicta FC 22, when Evinger earned a submission win.
Since then she's switched to the UFC, where she unsuccessfully battled Cris Cyborg for the vacant featherweight belt.
