A growth mindset creates a constant state of improvement, expanding and honing all out inherent talents and gifts, as well as adding to and improving new ones we already have.
Fixed mindset is a mindset that assumes abilities and talents are given, limited and have limited to no improvement. This person believes they were born with certain qualities, both positive and negative, and that these qualities are mostly fixed throughout life.

2. Organize - After awareness, we now decide when to address these baggages once and for all.
3. Clear out - Finally, we let them go. Not all baggages need to be addressed later, some need to be thrown out and even avoided in the first place.
