This to me is one of the most valuable podcasts I’ve ever created. If you saw how I was yesterday you’d understand. I led in my bed for 6 hours feeling so sorry for myself and even considered quitting. However, by using these techniques I turned it all around in 3 hours! All my normal social media goals, Titan goals and then recorded 7 podcasts, 7 vlogs, tiktoks, 7 IGTV videos and a blog!
Your guilt is your advantage. How do you think I’ve been showing up every day on social media for nearly 2 years when I don’t feel like it. So on Saturdays now I create my content because I promised my team I’d be there.

Recently this year I’ve started to delegate those tasks I hate. Such as YouTube Videos and holiday planning. I decided it wasn’t lazy and my happiness + time mattered more than money. What tasks would you delegate if you could?

So what do I even pack for my holidays. Safe to say after getting ridiculously sunburnt I did well. Off episode tip bring tops that could hide sunburn from bikini tops and leggings... just Incase. Okay let’s not pretend we haven’t got commitments. Sometimes we can’t just go away at the drop of a hat and we are stuck in the same locations for months at a time. Each weekly I do this activity to recharge me ready for the next week. Otherwise I’d feel trapped so taking some head space always helps. But when I do have time trust and believe I’m out of the country.
Listen I don’t believe oh I’m on holiday so I’m not going to show up. It’s a non negotiable in my eyes. Who am I to think my time is more valuable than anyone else’s! I’m seriously so grateful people show up daily to listen to my content! So I had to prepare 1 weeks worth of content beforehand! Trust me I’m seriously surprised at how much I do, but also, how easy it was to do by ploughing through! Going forward I will utilize this so I can appreciate my week days even more!
There are more ways to create motivation than just listening to motivational speeches. Time and time again I find this reserve piggy bank I didn’t even know existed and still show up daily no matter how I feel.
Sometimes life happens and it feels like you are holding it all together with a single bobby pin. So, I ensure to do this one act which I can see daily. This allows me to look down and smile. Remind me I got this! Can’t stop, won’t stop after all.

Catch myself, I’m sleeping till 6am to smash leg day into the wall, because I’m a boss. That quick switch is what makes me stay consistent and love the process.

Repetition is everything! Surprise your brain doesn’t like change. It’s why it’s so hard fo create a routine, but why if you want to do something consistently you have to. If you can memorize a maths formula you can memorize new positive thoughts!

In life everyday we make this choice. We decide to sit on our phones observing everyone on social media or we put our phone down and get ours. Why I created the safe zone to help break this cycle and build such growth that people go, “No fuck this... MY TURN!”
It’s more work to maintain, but I created a free community group on Facebook as a safe zone to thank all the people who follow me. Thanks to people showing up for me I show up. The key to success is accountability! However, we can’t always post publicly on social media hence why I created the private group. This will allow people to do the first step of growth. Being motivated and energetic is honestly just a feeling. A feeling you can create such as happiness. But you have to create it. As recently I’ve been in recovery and had to take a step back I’ve noticed a massive decrease in energy levels & motivation. That is all down to the change of actions in my life. Podcast stating the behaviors which will make you feel energetic and motivated long term, but you have to wake up everyday and repeat them. Being energetic is earnt!
Since July I’ve been listening to The Life Coach School and it’s actually changed my life. Or in a way confirmed my thought process. Sometimes, because we don’t think the same as others we worry if there’s something wrong with us... well I did anyways. I recently went into hospital, but I just didn’t worry even with a bad diagnosis I held it together until I had my results. All my results was normal. But could you imagine if I listened I would’ve been so stressed waiting 3 weeks to find out.
If you want change you need to just put yourself out into the world. You need to burn to boats to take the mountain. By putting myself out there on IG everyday posting a sweaty selfie I’ve never missed a workout in over a year. I don’t think everyone on IG is aware the purpose of my daily gym pics, but I do and that’s all that matters!
The main reason why I avoid eating the junk food at work i.e. avoid create a habit. But I will have a Krispy Kreme in my own time instead. I’m self aware I’m a comfort eating so I need to monitor myself.
It’s so easy to get into the habit of ordering pizza and ice cream each night. Trust me I know ha. So I preplan my evening meals to avoid this. One day a week I’d have then a so called, “cheat meal”. I view food as protein, carbs & veg so it makes it a lot easier for me. Instead of being on a diet where it’s like you need chicken, rice and veg etc. Be flexible... you are a consultant after all. You have no choice.
Today I’m finally hitting the gym! I can’t explain how excited this makes me! I’m literally only walking & taking it easy on the cardio machines. BUT MENTALLY I’m over the moon and that’s all that matters!
It’s too easy especially being an IT Consultant I feel this more than most. Working longer and more hours does not more you’ll have the best results! You need to work smarter! Smarter means scheduling breaks, hacking your activities, finding efficiencies and then allocating your spare time to a new activity.
Resting doesn’t mean doing anything mentally! I think sometimes rest is used as a term to give up. Even when I cannot train I will have structure in my life. My mental strength is a lot more important than my physical anyways!
Recently I’ve been in the hospital and how I’ve reacted to it I think is completely different from your average person. Is it because I’m stronger or more cold? Or it is because I’ve trained my mindset? I’ve learnt my thoughts become my actions. At 23 years old I nearly died and it was the best experience which changed my life for the better.
As I walk to the gym to fight yet another challenge I’ve broken each problem down. I’ve planned accordingly how I’ll tackle it. I try to keep this mindset with every work task and slay one beast at a time.

With any massive goal you have to take a step back and review what needs to be done. Even if you have anxiety with a certain micro daily goal you have to give it a try. At least a trial period and understanding how over working yourself only reduces your performance.
