Getting Through Depression
Yesterday’s afternoon it was like the whole world fell down on me. I wasn’t exhausted or was I just really scared of failing yet again! I had a mock version of the test to run through at 6.30pm and I dreaded it the whole day. To the point I made myself extremely tired and depressed. I couldn’t even speak to anyone. However, I showed up to the mock test and failed over AND OVER again! It hurt, but I came to realise in the night it’s okay! This morning I had my first successful run ever.

Smiling At Strangers
