Comedian Wendy Liebman ("Wendy Liebman: Taller On TV," Johnny Carson, David Letterman, Jay Leno, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Craig Ferguson) had a difficult time picking 3 songs. She says it was "the hardest homework assignment ever." Wendy begins by reminiscing about Elton John's 1973 "Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting," which she didn't hear until 1978 as a junior in high school. She got home from a party and listened to it on her brand new Pioneer stereo, with headphones. She heard music for the first time.

In college, Wendy fell in love with the Pat Meheny Group, which includes Lyle Mays⁠. It made her feel "serene" and "like anything was possible." Lyle Mays left PMG and Wendy followed his career. Lyle was a genius, a deep thinker, and a very unique musician. Wendy fondly remembers him and she chose the song "August," as her favorite.

Finally Wendy shares a song she discovered on a commercial for a drug called Taltz, which she saw over and over as she was convalescing, from a car accident. It's the deeply moving "Anchor" by the Swedish Novo Amour. Do not miss the video! It's mermaid-licious!
