We start today with a question:
What does the word SUCCESS mean to you?
You see, despite the Oxford English Dictionary determining success to be:
noun. the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors; the accomplishment of one's goals. the attainment of wealth, position, honors, or the like. ... a person or thing that has had success, as measured by attainment of goals, wealth, etc...
The fact is, every time I ask someone what does success mean, it means something completely different to everyone!
As a business owner, you get to decide. Decide what you do, where you do, how you do and who you do it with. But deeper than this, you get to determine WHY you get up early, go to bed late and spend your time working in the business you do.
But it is only once you have clarity on what you are working to achieve, can you hope to achieve it.
Only then, can you turn your attention to the business, and establish what do you need to. d, in order to achieve your success?
However, as you will see, it doesn't end there! In fact, that's the start of the journey. So I wanted to share with you our business mission, and WHY it is critical to everything we do! AND a million business owners!

If you’ve ever read anything related to achievement, motivation or personal development, you’ve no doubt come across the idea of SMART Goals?
More often than not, the conversation revolves around setting SMART goals. This is an acronym for goals that are:
Believe me, in all the time I worked in both Public Sector and PLC, they were ALWAYS going on about SMART goals, SMART targets. And KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) based around achieving them!
