Horticulture at Home: Invention, Adaptation and the Resurgence of Victory Gardens
A 20+ year veteran of the professional landscape industry, Jenn Myers brings a unique perspective to her role as Senior Director of Workforce Development at the National Association of Landscape Professionals.  Holding B.S. degrees in Horticulture and Environmental Science from Virginia Tech, Jenn has embraced the wide variety of experiences available in the industry, from digging irrigation ditches and installing seasonal flower displays, to managing staffing for a $50MM full-service landscape contractor, to providing consulting services and recruiting and retention support to landscape businesses across the US and Canada.   Jenn’s love of the industry, and desire to share the plentiful and fulling opportunities available, led her to the national association, where she is tasked with developing and executing the industry’s much needed workforce development initiatives.
