Today, I’m going to share with you how to love your belly again.
Even if it’s been forever.
Even if you never loved your belly before.
Even if you tried everything before.
Even if you have a ‘mummy tummy’, a diastasis rectus (abdominal separation), or a belly bulge.
There’s only one condition.
What I’m about to share with you works, but only if you truly want it to.
To recap, to love your belly, you must:
- Feel your feelings.
- Accept your feelings.
- Ask yourself if you truly want to love your belly
- Understand what conditions you’ve placed on yourself to hold you back from loving your belly
- Invest time and effort into taking care of your belly
- Repeat the mantra: “I love my belly” 10x when looking in the mirror every day for 10 days.
- Decide to love your belly and invest the time, money and energy to do things that are in alignment with your belly-loving goals.
