Although Virginie loved life and always knew everything was gonna be alright, she was struggling with it mightily! She didn't know what direction to take and was very frustrated because she knew she was someone who could do things but felt completely stuck.

Virginie knew she had the strength, she knew she had what she needed to be able to do things yet she was basically lost. No direction, no energy, 50 and scared to start from nothing again, Virginie felt lost about everything - relationships, work, the weight she'd gained after having her son 5 years ago that she'd been unable to lose. As she says, "I was lost in all main parts of my life."

When Virginie reached out to me, she was sleeping a lot, napping throughout the day, watching TV with no real interest at all and just for entertainment. She was in her own words a "couch potato" who was depressed and felt she had no reason to wake up because she didn't even know what to do with her time anyway.

Virginie would get up and do what she needed to for her son but would feel too exhausted and overwhelmed to do anything else. She would listen to some inspirational things and watch some inspirational videos but nothing would change. She would eat and drink without really paying attention and just try to make it through each day. She was basically surviving.

Virginie felt like she was losing time and although she knew that she could do something with that time, she simply didn't know where to go, where to start. And then she did my ROCK YOUR LIFE BOOTCAMP and everything began to change completely from the word go!

Virginie went from feeling lost to feeling confident. From exhausted to knowing how to generate her energy even when she feels tired. From hopeless to dreaming knowing everything is possible and that she can do it! She lost 12 pounds without even trying, is working on creating her own business, fully enjoys her time with her son and has a completely different relationship with him now which is nothing but a pleasure, and it's not only she who feels better - it's everyone around her who notices the difference in who she has become!

Virginie is full-on taking steps in her life, no longer procrastinating on things she wants to do because of being unsure or because of stories she told herself before that it was too late or that it would take too much time or that it'd be too hard.

She's more patient with herself and others, loves herself better and takes care of herself, she's doing things that make her happy, creating and having fun! All the doors of possibility are open to her now that she has discovered who she is and what she is capable of.

Virginie is not scared of anything anymore because she knows what a POWERHOUSE she actually is!

She did the work for herself AND also for her son whom she's now able to positively influence.
