Your Spinout is Gorgeous

Your Spinout is Gorgeous

By Natalie Que
YSiG is a podcast that explores what treasures we can mine from the lowest moments of our lives. From the micro to the macro; ie a most embarrassing moment to a full blown midlife crisis. There is always something we can first find humor in... and then alchemize the rest from traumatic to wisdom.

Yeah, you just might find enlightenment! If not... you'll definitely find permission, that you don't need, to fully integrate your most unlovable traits and shameful stories of your own.

Your spinout is gorgeous after all, and so is mine.

Welcome! Come Prepared to Meditate and Heal Your Money Story! Abundance, Prosperity, & Success Are Yours
Hello there!  Thank you thank you for joining me for another episode of the podcast, and and immerse gratitude to you for your likes, shares, reviews, and subscriptions! More of my guided mediations, subscribe here on Youtube. As promised, here is a preview of the guided meditations I will be posting on an ongoing basis in an effort to offer you something in your healing and transformation journey. For a lot of us money is a big source of worry right now.  It may be helpful to go back a few episodes to Intergenerational Trauma Healing to begin to unravel the origins of your own money story, if you have not already done so.   All of this comes down to our ability to perceive the abundance (enoughness) surrounding us perpetually.  For a lot of us, we are more imbued with lack mindset than prosperity and wellbeing. Guided mediations during the day in my waking hours, or at night, have enriched my life greatly in my effort to communicate on deep levels to my subconscious mind, and today I'm happy to offer you a front row seat to a mediation I have voiced just for you.   I start off with about 10 minutes of discussion before leading you into the actual meditation, so come as you are but it will be great if you're ready to meditate.  If not, I'm happy to say hello hello for this week and you can come back at any time that you're ready to sit in a quiet space for relaxing and rewriting your story about success and money. Thank you for being here and I'll see you back next week! Connect with me: http://natalieque.com and http://instagram.com/natalieque And @natalie.que on Tiktok (lol)

Thank you for listening, subscribing, leaving a 5-star rating or review, and sharing with your friends! Hey friend, shit be getting too too real.  What is the humanity of the current epidemic and climate, and what is our role?  Let's take a small pivot and low-key spinout together... since we already are, let's acknowledge and take command of the ship. We will mourn many deaths, sadly, this is the reality, but none so visceral for the living with be the many identities that we claimed and inhabited for ourselves.   I apologize for the quality of this episode... better done than perfect.  This is what happens when I'm left to my DIY instincts rather than outsourcing this to perfection like I normally do. Sorry for breaking your eardrums when you've cranked the audio to hear it and then the music comes back on!  My brain is literally done broketh rn, and I didn't see that even though I was speaking into the microphone, I hadn't selected it in the program I was using so my computer microphone recorded this and at very low quality!  My total bad and major oopsie.  What damn oopsies are you getting up to as the highways of our brains are clogged with coronavirus mayhem and panic? Thank you for listening, leaving a 5-star rating or review, subscribing and sharing with your friends! So glad you're here for another episode, and I'm so thrilled to have been able to chat with Jill Dodd; a writer, artist, and designer from Los Angeles.  She modeled with Wilhelmina Models for ten years, appearing in Paris Vogue, French Cosmopolitan, American Glamour, Bazaar, Mademoiselle, and Teen among others. She graduated with honors from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and spent twenty-five years as a designer.  Jill gained recognition for bridging the worlds of men’s and women’s surfing as the founder and designer of global fashion brand ROXY. She has written a memoir about her journey from Paris model to Saudi billionaire’s harem wife to multi-million dollar business entrepreneur called The Currency of Love. Healing our Intergenerational Trauma with Michael Hsu; Part One
Thank you for joining me for another episode of the YSiG Podcast!  Today on the show, my guest is Michael Hsu. He is an author, coach, and expert who specializes in helping us to heal our anxiety, anger and depression through techniques he as developed to address our core fears. Listen with a notepad in hand! I have listened to this 3 times already myself and am still learning, this process is deep! According to Michael, "The reason why anxiety, anger, and depression keep coming up in our lives and in our society is because we are not uncovering and exploring the underlying root cause which lies in intergenerational healing. Understanding intergenerational healing will forever change how we as a human race understand and ultimately heal anxiety, anger, and depression." He has is own podcast, Heal From the Ground up, which I highly recommend checking out as a modality for your own healing. He also offers a master-class and working with him one on one, such as you will see in this episode where Michael helps me uncover what fears my anxiety about revealing myself, and being vulnerable in releasing my podcast are rooted in. Who's movie am I in that I believe is my own? What I Learned From My Mother's Murder Investigation with Lauri Taylor
In this very special episode of the podcast, I sit down with Lauri Taylor to discuss the period of her life when she and her family were upended by the disappearance of her mother.   Found 10 days later, beaten and battered across the Mexican border, Lauri began working with law enforcement to find her Mother's killer, only to sadly discover, after a grueling 4 years, that her mother had not been murdered. Lauri's Mother, it was discovered, had actually died by suicide. Lauri has now found purpose as a crusader for mental health advocacy, and greater awareness, more compassion, and less stigma in our conversations about these topics; subjects begging for more nuance in the way we speak about, perceive and process them. We explore her thoughts, experiences, and where she has arrived to today in depth. Lauri is a treasure-trove of knowledge, wisdom and perspective. Her candor is a gift to us all, as is her ability to crystalize these concepts for us in story. Lauri has written a book about these events called "The Accidental Truth" which can be found and purchased here Click here for Lauri's website  My website is here and you can connect with me on Instagram here

When She Sleeps With Your Husband... Make Lemonade with Rhonda Williams
Thank you for joining me for another episode! In this episode, I speak with a woman who entered my life about eight years ago when I was still married.  She had grown up with my then-husband, and our worlds collided when my husband revisited his home-town, and they had in intimate encounter in the orchard that he had proposed to me in. We are definitely spill some tea, but this is actually an episode about forgiveness, processing a spinout, introspection, connection, and many other themes surprising themes, given the topic. Finding it a somewhat common experience that it's easier to blame anyone or anything, even an inanimate object such as a condom, when peering up from the rubble of a collapsing union; we explore why the journey to taking accountability is so much more rewarding... no matter how long it takes to get there. Thank you for listening! And I so so so sooooo appreciate your 5-star ratings and reviews, shares and thank you for subscribing! Embodying Our Shame; Teen Pregnancy Version with Heather Holmgren
Thank you for joining me for another episode... Today I speak with Owner and Proprietor of Simple Modern Therapy, Heather Holmgren, about her experience getting pregnant and having a baby at age 16. Though this event was meant to be shameful and derail her life and ambitions, she found a way to find meaning in the experience, and to embrace it as a beautiful part of herself and her journey.   Her thoughts regarding this topic, her subsequent marriage and divorce, and marriage and mid-life in general are salient and precient.  As a marriage and family therapist who has allowed herself to experience and witness a wide spectrum of life's experience, she not only brings wisdom in spades, but her ability to parse these concepts, woven with story, revealing who she is along the way, is a gift for us. Heather can be found at http://simplemodern.org   I discuss this episode: https://natalieque.com/teenage-pregnancy-and-childbirth-lets-discuss/ And you can find me here http://natalieque.com and http://instagram.com/natalieque I'm also launching a 3rd podcast on Youtube; Affirmations and Meditation Co -relax your mind and subscribe here!  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGtPnmZHMqkx1guO1AKbvzg heart, NQXO

Trailer- YSiG Coming Soon! Subscribe now xx
Welcome friend! So glad you're here with me, exploring what we can learn from the worst moments and times of our lives, as in invitation for whole-self integration... that's right, loving the totality of ourselves, even the ugly parts, and the full spectrum of our lives, not just our fleeting pinnacles of success and achievement.   This trailer introduces a bit about what you can expect from my pod.  The ethos being; Don't love me for the mask I wear, don't adore me for the veneer you see on social media, don't applaud me for the image I project to you!  I want to show you my whole self, and let you be the judge, and I invite others who will be guests here to do the same!  Although at times I hope it will be found poignant, I think in a lot of ways we are sitting at the intersection of comedy and self-development. I will be having entrepreneurs, comedians, people in my life who have interesting stories to share, authors, magnates, sovereigns, witches, bitches all mining the caverns of their spinouts for the treasures surely contained within.  The experiences they share are just the backdrops for the feelings they felt, and what they learned about themselves and the world in the process.   Commune with us! I can't wait for your subscriptions and 5-star reviews!  Thank you in advance haha.
