As if we didn’t have quite enough to contend with in our first stages of life… BAM!! We’re hit with perimenopause, menopause, and a host of shitty physical and emotional symptoms that go with them! Which ISN’T helped by social media parading younger versions of ourselves making biz look super trendy and ohhh so bloody easy!! So how do we stay “relevant” in our middle age and beyond? HOW do we navigate getting older in our business??

When we see other people in biz showing up consistently – reeling here, podcasting there, maybe they’ve even written a book! – we automatically think they’ve got all their ducks lined up. We think they’ve well and truly got their shit together! Well, I was reeling and podcasting, and I’d written a book… and I was planning my next one! So, why didn’t I feel like I had all MY ducks lined up? What were the 3 things that nearly stopped me writing my book??

I work with so many incredible women who think they’re not “enough”. They look around and think they haven’t done enough, they don’t know enough, or they haven’t been given a certificate that says they’re expert enough! And because they’re not doing “all the things”, the self-doubt starts to creep in. And they start playing small. So, how do we know when we’re expert enough?? HOW do we quit playing small??!

Hitting a plateau in biz can make you feel crazy AF. Nothing’s working. You're full of self-doubt. And everyone BUT YOU has their shit together! So, if I told you that plateaus are actually a normal and healthy part of business, you'd probably think I'm crazy right?! Well babe, I want you to know that they ARE a normal and healthy experience. You just need to know these 6 ways to move through the other side!

You love your business, you love helping people, you love making money doing what you enjoy, but there’s one thing holding you back…

You really really don’t love selling.

Therein lies the problem, ladies! To run a successful business, you need to sell what you do. If you don’t, you’re running a charity – and charities don’t pay the bills!

So many people feel yuck about sales, and nobody wants to be pushy and annoying.
