After years struggling with his weight and health while working a demanding retail management job, Stephen had a "lightbulb moment" when he didn't recognize himself on his store's security footage. This culmination of dissatisfaction finally pushed Stephen to make lifestyle changes.
- Stephen lost an initial 40 pounds while still eating fast food daily, just making smarter menu choices.
