So what does it mean when we as Christians experience depression, anxiety, phobias, and other mental health challenges, and how are we meant to care for ourselves in the midst of such hardships? This seminar will examine what is good, true, and restorative (and what is not so much...) when it comes to mental health for Christians.

In this episode, Reverend Nathan discusses what the Bible says about our honoring and loving our parents. He talks about how our relationship with our Heavenly Father allows us to freely honor and love our parents.
