However, research and data suggest that non lethal strangulation is a vital risk factor for homicide of women in domestic violence relationships. Strangulation IS attempted murder, and it is a red flag, we cannot afford to miss!

In Episode 11, I (Theresa, Podcast Host & NDVHS Inc. Executive Director) interview Nova Pollard, Mental Health Counselor, and Owner of Brighter Outlook Narcissistic Abuse Counseling Service. In this episode we continue to the discussion of Narcissist Abuse, that was visited in Episode 7. Here, Nova Pollard gives an engaging and informative interview, about Narcissist abuse, red flags, trauma bonding, gaslighting, and more. In Episode 10, I interview with a domestic violence survivor, and dynamic public speaker, Michelle Jewsbury. Michelle Jewsbury is an international philanthropist, speaker and author who has traveled the world as an advocate for the less fortunate. Her desire to help victims of domestic abuse is from her own personal experience that she shares in her best selling book "But I love Him". Michelle is the founder of the non-profit organization,  Unsilenced Voices,  which focuses on inspiring change in communities around the world by encouraging victims to break free and survivors to speak up about domestic violence and sexual assault.

In episode 9, we come back to the host of this podcast, Theresa Simon, Executive Director of NDV (Narcissistic Domestic Violence) Healing & Support Inc. (non-profit organization, that assists domestic violence survivors). As in episode 1, Theresa indicates she will expand on her story of her survival. In this episode with a twist, as Yolanda Oliver, guest hosting, as promised Theresa shares more of her story.
