If there’s too much information happening around and you can’t get to grips with it all...take a step out and see what’s happening from the outside. We are bombarded by info and most of it can be bad advise. Step out, take a breathe and figure out who to take advise from.
Enjoying life and living the way you want too. A hike through a gorge in Zion National Park and realising that we can achieve what we wish to if we just make a decision. Set goals and make it reality. It can be so basic to set goals and targets but most forget to do it. If your striving for something different, in physical or financial health, its imperitive that you make goals. Make them big, make them small, make them long term and short term, and you'll make it where you want to be quicker. Let me know your thoughts on this subject, id love to hear your ideas.

The fact that i never gave up gave me a major thought about how i can run business and life differently. Loosing my wifes phone in a field and finding it after 4 days of searching has made a large impact for me mentally

So many i see, are not focused on their health in the long term, and potentially waiting until their are broken or have medical problems until they go and see someone to get them sorted. Prevention is way better than cure and I'd love to see who out there actively puts aside a budget for their health.
So may I speak with are floating through life with their physical and financial health (which is fine), but want to make changes, they just don't know where to make them. Suggestion: Do an audit of your life, your health, your finances, your relationships, then you can create a plan of action.
So many come to me and ask questions with the thought that I'll be the one to change them, or to do their work for them; loose weight for them, give them more energy, get them out of debt!
If your moaning and want, but really want change, you cannot hang out with the crowd that go and drink beers all the time, you can' eat that pizza or go out to restaurants constantly. Things need to change, and sacrifices have to be made.

Trying to understand how I come across to people and always upping the game. How do you come across to people? How do people see you with regards to selling your business or product, and how could you improve yourself to be more open. Would you buy from you? What do you need to make a few changes to boost productivity and business
Thinking about that long term aspect of physical and financial health. What are you setting yourself up for? What are you focusing on right now that will benefit you in 5, 10, 20 + years time? Could you make some small changes to make your future self better and have an easier run of things later on in your life.
My thoughts from 38,000ft in the air and becoming more aware of why I’m doing what I’m doing. After a family trip back to the UK, my mindset is changing daily as to why we do what we do, and although business can be driven hard, family is first every time...This makes my why so much important, as its my decision to live 18,000 away, and the reason for business, is to see them more often and spend time with them...what about you?

It seems that sometimes people can overthink what they need to say or how they say it, but if you come from the heart, and from a space of wanting to help someone, really it doesnt matter what you say. No matter what it is, believe that everything you do, say and are working on is 100 time bigger than how it appears, as well as the impact your having. You may say something or be thinking something that is common sense to you, or seems simple, but that, could be the impact someone needs to make a majot shift in their life. Dont hold back
Creating what you desire can be a lot of fun, but if your shooting for the wrong figures in your head then you'll get frustrated quickly. Do you know what you need to be happy...? Thats you freedom number. Lets work on it.
