In this episode, we discuss “WHO AM I, LET GO AND LET GOD”.

We discuss the question of “Who Am I”, on a subconscious level. Breaking down the process of holding on to our past and the effects of not finding a resolution. We are in a society quick to judge someone just by looking at them, but if asked the question “WHo are you” most time will pause in thought how to even respond.

“Who am I” is deeper than your accomplishments at the moment. I focus on the internal struggles of identifying themselves because of their past.

WHO AM I SPEAKING TO TODAY?

• A person going through a divorce or breakup
  
• A person abused physically or emotionally
  
• A person who just feels lost and stuck
  
• A person who just had a hard childhood and cannot let go
  

It is ok to feel hurt. Most times though we need intervention to break free from it and live a normal life. It is time to let go and let God
