Do you sometimes feel like healing just isn't a possibility for you? Like somehow, you're just never going to get better? I've been there, and I know it can be a dark, heavy place. But today's episode is all about seeing the truth in the light. I have gotten so much better since those days when I thought I was beyond help, and I know if I can get better, so can you. Because I'm not special, I'm just like you. I felt broken and sad and alone for years, and I thought I was doomed to feel that way forever. But here I am, healing every single day. And I promise that's possible for you too. Join the Neurodivergent Magic program here:

028 | Lessons in Self-Care, with Kelsie Bentley
Self-care is a popular topic in the world of mental health, which means there's a lot of misinformation out there. That's why I wanted to bring a self-care expert on the podcast to talk about what self-care really is, why it's important, and best of all, how to actually implement self-care in your daily life. If you're in desperate need of more consistent self-care (like me), then this episode is a must-listen. 027 | Riding the Wave (With a Surfboard, If Needed)
I used to hate the advice to "ride the waves" of my emotions because it felt like my emotions weren't cute little waves, they were tidal waves and I didn't know how to ride that kind of wave. But now I realize that, no matter how big my emotions are, it never helps to fight them. Accepting my emotions (and myself) is the key to surviving those huge tidal waves. Well, that and the emotional equivalent of a surfboard. Check out the EFT tapping episode I mention: Need some help riding the wave? Come work with me in the Neurodivergent Magic program:

025 | Pain Is Inevitable, And There's Freedom In That
It might seem pessimistic to say that pain is inevitable, but I think there's actually a lot of freedom in it. Once you realize that pain is going to happen no matter what you do, then there's way less pressure to be perfect. And that's what today's episode is all about: perfectionism, pain, and moving through the world as yourself.
