41. Guardrails And The Gospel
The Gospel. Many people know what it means, but suprisingly many don't know exactly what the Bible says it is. According to Paul, the gospel is the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. That's good news indeed! We know through that gospel that he made a way for every person to be born again and make Heaven their home.
Along the way though between salvation and redemption, there's going to be some bumps in the road. There's going to be temptations, attacks, failures and trials. If you have attend church faithfully and you have a Pastor that's not afraid to preach Biblical truths then we have some good news! Through the gospel, through your walk with God and through your Pastor, God has put some guardrails in your life!
Guardrails serve a specific purpose............they keep you from going over the edge!
We should thank God for the guardrails he's put into our lives through our church, through our Pastors, through our personal study and even through our parents, grandparents and friends! Because while you may suffer some scratched and dents by hitting the guardrail, you'll look back after the mishaps and realize..........
"It was the guardrails that saved my life!"

40. Don't Despise The Process
Circumstances beyond our control. Situations that we can't comprehend. Questions that never receive answers and we're left with even more questions!
Have you been there? We have! Pastor Puckett takes us through two men, Joseph and David, two seemingly insignificant men. Two men with a calling, two men with a destiny, two men who endured many serious trials and setbacks on their way to their calling and expected end.
We see two men who endured a process. From the field to the throne of Egypt, from a shepherd to the greatest king in the history of Israel. None of it happens unless both men endured through each failure, through each set back, through each trial because none of it was to their ruin, but it was the God-ordained process by which the Lord was able to bring them into the place where he wanted them.
Maybe that's you today? Questions, trials, difficulties and no answers. Maybe its all a part of the process in which God is taking from the field, to his throne. Don't despise the process!

39. The Father's Business
The sin problem in the world is the great separater between man and God.
Sin is no less dangerous today than it was in the beginning. In 2021, sin is more prevalent than maybe ever before, but that does not excuse the mission of the church.
Even as a young man, Jesus declared to his parents that he must be about his Father's business.
The purpose of the church is to be about our Father's business. We have been given the word and ministry of reconciliation, to bring a lost and dying world back to God.
While it's easy in our current world to get wrapped up in so many distractions, the church must refocus, re-dedicate and re-consecrate itself with the eternal purpose of God, to reconcile the world back to himself.
Let's be about our Father's business!

38. Go Back And Love Them Again
We often hear and talk a lot about the love of God, but do we truly understand that kind of love? Agape love, sacrificial love, what is it? How does God demonstrate it and what does it look like?
Spirit-filled believers Paul says, has that same love shed abroad in their hearts by the Holy Ghost, so how do we apply that kind of powerful love to our lives? How can that love heal old wounds, mend old offenses and cover a multitude of sins?
Even more, how does God want you and I to experience that love and on how many levels?

37. It's Time To Go Back To Bethel
The first time Abram built and altar and called on the name of the Lord, it was in a place called Bethel.
God called Jacob back to Bethel, what is the significance of that place?
Bethel was the place where it began, a place where the altar was first built, wher the name of the Lord was first called upon,
it was a place of beginnings!
Do you remember your Bethel? Where you first built and altar, where you first called on the name of the Lord?
It's time to get back to that place where the fire first fell, where you were fervent in prayer and consecration, back to your first love, Jesus!

36. What About The Loaves And The Fish?
Sometimes we feel like we have so little to offer God. In the midst of our failings and shortcomings it feels like sometimes we have little to give. Maybe it's something you've been praying about?
You've prayed every way you know, maybe even for years and nothing.......and you feel like you don't know how much more you got. That's when you bring what you have left!! What about the loaves and the fish?
We forget just how much Jesus can do with our "so little" and what he can do with "what we have left"!

35. How To Be Priceless In A World That Values Nothing
Perilous times! That's the words the Apostle Paul penned to describe the end time. No doubt we are living in a very self-centered, self-willed world.
Very little is sacred anymore outside of a person's own opinion or social media status.
But what about values, morals, righteous principles, or even good manners?
It's said that things that are rare, are priceless. Far too valuable to even put a number on.

34. I Am A Believer
What does it mean to be a believer? A mental confirmation? A head nod in service? A well placed "Amen" during the preaching?

33. Don't Forget To Look Up
There is little doubt that we are living in the end times right now. Bible prophecy is happening at an ever increasing rate right before our eyes. The Bible is clear, that the times right before the second come of Jesus would be very dark and very intense. Jesus himself describes this time and these signs in both Luke 21 and Matthew 24.
As dark and and trecherous that these times will become, the Lord gives his church instructions for when we see these things happening. The instructions are very simple: Look UP! Your redemption is on horizon!
We pray this message will be a comfort to you in these uncertain times. We know the only thing that is for certain is God's word will come to pass, and Jesus is coming back!

The Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy and told him that in the last days, perilous times would come.
Jesus himself gave us the signs that we would look for just prior to his second coming.
We are in those day now.
As Bible prophecy continues to come to pass at an accelerated and even alarming rate, we must know what to both look for and even more importantly, DO in this hour!
Where is the ark of safety in this hour and how shall we endure to the end?

31. Sticks & Stones - The Power of Words
Everyone remembers the old children's rhyme, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me"?
It may be been used to comfort hundreds of thousands of children over the years, but the Bible would disagree with that statement.
Words are very powerful and when not carefully measured out, can do immeasurable damage.
Scripture has a lot to say about the power of words, especially in the book of Proverbs. This mesage delves into looking at the power of words throught a scriptureal lens, and encourages us to be thoughtful, not foolish and use our words to speak life!

30. A Sound Mind & The Devil's Playground
The frontline of every spiritual battle is in the mind. Spiritual strong holds always begin in the mind and the battle for our thoughts must be won in order to live in the peace of, and after the will of God. Too many Spirit-filled Christians are falling victim and suffering catastrophic spiritual set backs because of strong holds and high things that have set up residence in their minds.
Relationships and friendships destroyed, church taking on immense damage, division within the body are only a few results of losing the battle of the mind.
This is a front we cannot lose!!
When we give hell license over our thoughts, we eventually give hell license over our hearts. This message deals with what that battle looks like and the possible, eternal consequences of losing it. It's time for the people of God to take back what's been taken from them.

25. Revival That Brings Revival
Every year you see signs for churches holding revivals. What we don't often realize is that there is a revival that precedes another revival. In order for churches to have revival coming from outside the church, they must first have revival from insided the church.
Daily personal revival. Revival in our homes, revival in our marriages, revival in our families, revival in our daily walk with God.
When that revival sweeps through the body of Christ, it's THEN that revival can occur in neighborhoods, communities, towns and cities!

24. The Blessings of Hedges, The Dangers of Walls
In concept it would seem that hedges and walls have much in common. Nothing could be furthur from the truth spiritually. While hedges most often come from God, walls are a construction of the human mind in an attempt to become our own protectors. Sadly, our self-contructed walls are to blame for so many that are spiritually stagnant or stunted, desiring to do more for God but unable to grow spiritually.
Pastor Puckett preaches on the opportunity that God gives each of us to trade our walls for hedges, but we must be willing to give them up, and let him pull them down.

21. It Changes Everything - Pentecost Sunday Message
50 days after Passover is the Feast of Pentecost.
In the New Testament Church we know it as much more than a Jewish feast or holiday, the New Testament Church recognizes the day of Pentecost as the birthday of the church.
So what is so significant about the church that Jesus planned, ordained, died for and built? That the redemption of the entire world would come through the vehicle of the NT Church!
The church however cannot possibly stand against supernatural wickedness, darkness and the gates of hell, unless it has been given power from on High! That's where the day of Pentecost in Acts chapter 2 comes into play.
It is not only the day that church was born, but also the day that the church received it's power to not only stand against the gates of hell but to prevail victorious against it!!

16. When You Make The Blessing The Curse
The Bible says that God delights in blessing his people. Israel was chosen by God to be his. They were chosen to be the people of promise and to have the inheritance of the promises of God. But there was something that continuously hindered Israel from coming into those blessings, their murmuring (complaining).
Just like Israel, you and I have the power to derail or at best, delay the blessings and promises of God in our lives. Through complaining, grumbling, worry and always looking for the negative. While God looks to bless us, we can make the blessing a curse.
God dealt with Israel's attitude until he had finally had enough.

30yrs ago the kingdom of hell operated in the shadows. Wickedness done in back alleys and dark places, held back by an American culture still rooted in moral principles and the fear of God. Today those same things are done openly, even proudly. A country no longer fearing God but rather opening shaking its fist and challenging the Almighty. Is 21st century Christianity to blame? Prayerless Saints and churches, worldly churched, false, powerless doctrine. 14. Orphans Of God
Orphan: an animal or person abandoned or deserted by a parent or guardian. That statistics of children currently in the foster system in the U.S is staggering. Some removed from their parents and some simply abandoned and unwanted. Pastor Puckett preaches today about how there are no orphans of God, because God is faithful. God has given us the promise that he would never leave us or forsake us. Regardless of our flaws, mistakes and failings, HE WILL NOT GIVE UP ON US, he will not abandon you! When we think about God, we think about mercy. We thing about grace and goodness. We think about how good he is and how good he's been to us. We rarely if ever think "Does Jesus get offended?" He's Coming Back!

The birth of Jesus was much more about a manger, a star and wise men, it was about the fulfillment of many old testament prophesies.
