Elizabeth Rees is the founder of Chasing Paper, a stylish, removable wallpaper company. As third generation in her family’s printing company, she grew up learning the ins and outs of ink, paper and patterns. With the belief that printing is not only a family tradition, but also a craft, Elizabeth carved out her own path in paper by developing a line of innovative, design-conscious removable wallpaper.

Elizabeth cultivated her entrepreneurial spirit over the past ten years of work, study and travel. Moving several times during this period also created an excitement to decorate and make each new space she lived in her own. After countless conversations with serial-movers, stylish mamas, renters who feel like anything but, DIYers and, of course, commitment-phobes, the idea for Chasing Paper began to take form and Elizabeth formally launched the company in March 2013.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University and a Master of Arts from the American University of Paris. Prior to launching Chasing Paper, Elizabeth worked at the National Geographic Society. The company is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where Elizabeth resides with her husband, daughter Uma and golden doodle Lucy.

Scott Snider is the Vice President of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI) and the Operating Partner of Snider Premier Growth, a small family investment company. At EPI, Scott is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization along with overseeing the company’s operations and chapter development. Since joining EPI, Scott has expanded the organization regionally, nationally, and globally, providing a transformational educational experience to advisors from all specialties across the globe. Scott Snider is a nationally recognized industry leader, growth specialist, and lifetime entrepreneur. Two of Snider’s biggest talents: market penetration and rapid growth strategies. For over twenty years, Linda had a successful legal career as a business and real estate

transactional lawyer representing private and public companies, and entrepreneurs.

Shortly after beginning her legal career at a large Cleveland law firm, she formed a law

firm then known as Buckley, King & Bluso which grew to become one of the largest law

firms  in  Ohio.    Noted  to  be  the  first  woman  attorney  in  Ohio  to  be  a  named  and

founding partner of a large law firm in Ohio, she served in various leadership roles

including serving as an Executive Committee member and as the firm’s Administrative

Partner.

In 2002, she became a partner at Brouse, McDowell, Co., an Akron, Ohio headquartered

law firm, and  in 2005,  she became  the  firm’s first woman  to be  named  Partner-In-

Charge of its Cleveland, Ohio office.

Active in the broader community, she is a past chair and board member of In Counsel

With Women, an organization of Northeast Ohio executive women who have achieved

success at the highest levels in their respective industries. Linda has served in many

board and community leadership roles in the Greater Cleveland civic and philanthropic

communities.  She has received many awards and recognized for her contributions to

the community.

Terrill Vidale was born in Charlotte, NC on August 25, 1987 to two parents from Trinidad and Tobago. For the first 12 years of his life he lived in Trinidad. After his parents divorced, him and his siblings all came to live with their mother, Michelle Vidale, who was enrolled at Youngstown State University. Since his mother was a full time college student and wasn’t American she was unable to seek employment so they were forced to move into the Beatitude House. The Beatitude House is a homeless shelter for mothers and their children. While at the Beatitude House, he met the Simon family that helped raise him. Pastor Kenneth and Wendy Simon stood in as parents for him while he was growing up. He is a graduate of Ursuline Hight School and did some college, but he was fascinated by business. He read tons of personal development books and focused on being the best person he can be.

Terrill, came from very humble beginnings. Terrill cut grass, shoveled driveways, raked leaves, washed cars, and was a referee at the local YMCA. He learned to be a hard worker at a very young age. After working at National City Bank where he was in the top 20 sales associates he went to work for American International Group, where he went all the way to number one in the entire company. Terrill knew he wanted more and wanted to do more for the community and that is when the birth of 2Deep Entertainment manifested itself.

Terrill went on to start 2Deep Entertainment on August 22, 2013, in Youngstown Ohio. Since starting 2Deep Entertainment, Vidale has worked with several universities and artists. Vidale has worked with world recognized artists such as Gucci Mane, Matt and Kim, Meek Mill, St. Lucia, Young Thug, and B.O.B just to name a few. Outside of musical entertainment 2Deep also specializes in fashion shows, magic shows, and guest speakers. In 2018 2Deep Entertainment was honored to have the opportunity to oversee the events for the city that he loves, the City of Youngstown where he currently holds that position. 2Deep is also the managing agency for NFL Legend Michael Vick and the booking agency for National Recording artist Luke Nasty.

During his work endeavors Vidale has created close relationships with noteworthy companies such as B.E.T, Reebok, McDonald’s, Edible Arrangements, and T-Mobile/ Metro PCS again, just to name a few. 2Deep provides safe, fun, and positive entertainment experiences from inception to execution. 2Deep works closely with staff and students of the universities to facilitate any event larger or small.

Lauren McCay is a 5-time Emmy Award winning Journalist, Producer and TV Host. She’s worked for networks like NPR, PBS and ABC telling the stories of unspoken voices in the community.

She was born in Shaker Heights, and raised in Akron, Ohio. After graduating from the performing arts program at Firestone High School, she went on to study Broadcast Journalism at Bowling Green State University. During her time there, she interned at WBGU/PBS in Bowling Green, Ohio, WTOL/CBS in Toledo, Ohio and E! Entertainment in Los Angeles, California. Before graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism in 2009, she also was the General Manager of BG24 New, the news station on campus.

She loves connecting with people and telling their stories and has been finding creative ways to do so for the past 10 years.
