Christy, an 18-year-old Vietnamese American, has been interrogated about her childhood all her life. She grew up as a Catholic, an ill child, and was raised by her grandparents. Although her upbringing was different and her daily schedule consisted of weekly doctor visits and medications, she still considers herself a normal teenage girl. On this podcast, Christy shares her story about being different and elaborates on topics such as anxiety, self-confidence, mental and physical health, and much more with the help of guests!

Social media are different platforms where we can quickly and efficiently share content with one another.  There are both advantages and disadvantages when it comes to the use of social media.
