Guided Meditation - Finding your inner peace
Peace is a daily, weekly, and monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers and quietly building new structures. Peace is an inspiring tool to rediscover your core and tap into your hidden resources. It's not so much about rearranging the circumstances of your life, but rather realizing who you are at your deepest level and accepting that proactively. Proactive acceptence means to attain a deeper level at setting ourselves free from the judgement of others and especially from that of ourselves. You are what you think. Hence come closer to yourself be using the power of saying to yourself that ''It's o.k.''. ''It's o.k. to be tired''. ''It's o.k. to feel lost.''. ''It's o.k. to not have finished everything that you had set out to do.''. Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it truly is, rather than as you think it should be. Peace is about being able to accept that ''It's o.k. like this.''. For a moment give in and give yourself the right to say that ''It's o.k.''. No matter what. Inner peace is about disabeling toxic thoughts, emotions and habits and even your subconscious desire to cling to the idea that something needs to be diferent from what it ist right now. This guided meditation is your step of realizing and enabeling that kind of peace. Your step to discovering the power of saying ''it's o.k.''. Join in and let us discover together.

Guided Meditation - Self Love in the Morning
Loving yourself means that you accept yourself fully, treat yourself with kindness and respect, and nurture your growth and wellbeing. Self-love encompasses not only how you treat yourself but also your thoughts and feelings about yourself. So, when you conceptualize self-love, you can try to imagine what you would do for yourself, how you would talk to yourself, and how you would feel about yourself that reflects love and concern. Self-love is a state of appreciation for onelself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve. Self-love can mean something different for each person because we all have many different ways to take care of ourselves. Figuring out what self-love looks like for you as an individual is an important part of your mental health. This guided meditation sets a focused and self compassionate approach to starting your morning with a wholesome and confident mindset.

On Letting Go
Creating Change often comes at a cost and it's consequential sacrifice. At some point we suffer to the extent that the only way out is by setting ourselves free. Then the pain is so overwhelming that only by leaving the situation, the thought and the feeling behind we find the strength to heal. It is this moment in which we finally let go. And this time for good.

Healing Your Relationship
Too a fault we as couples look for completion in one another and create a cycle of unrealistic expectations which causes us to disengage emotionally and grow distant and even cold to what once kept us connected and warm. Our love crumbles up to the point in which we feel like strangers. Healing that dynamic must then become a priority in our relationships and includes an even bigger realization yet: "I can only heal my relationship once I have decided to heal myself!"

Creating Change and how we can make it last!
We spend so much time trying to change for the better only to be disappointed by ourselves and at some point giving up and saying : "That's just the way I am! I can't change! ". We crumble and fall, despair, feel lost, lonely and sometimes very small. In moments like these it seems like there is no way out. We feel trapped on a daily basis and at times disconnect from the people we love and care for while actually just wanting to be close to them. We suffer and fail in changing, because our perspective on creating that change is partly to antique and lacks compelling emotions and strategies. In this podcast I try to outline an emotional and powerful approach of coming home to yourself that enables you to create change that truly lasts. Are you up for the challenge:)?
