Living to the Plus

So most of you know I have been going through a transition in my career. From Safety and Health (although I still consider myself to be safety and health, you can't just turn that off...)

On to

Contractor work, sales and marketing in roofing and home repair and merchant services. I know I know, why so much? Well as I thought the other day, this is an ADHD's wet dream for a career. I can go wherever I want and stop in on businesses or in storm damage areas, go check in on home owners. I can do this interchangeably and getting better and better at both. But really, making the contact is just the beginning. There is a whole lot of other stuff I have had to learn to master this craft. So thank you for being patient, but in reality, Nick to the PLUS Living to the PLUS will always be on on going project and development. Are you coming along for the ride?

I have been away from Podding for a while. Was on a journey of learning and project out of state. I learned what I needed to learn, became even stronger in resilience, overcoming, adapting, learning and LivingtothePLUS!

Back to working on me, my business and helping others live to the PLUS!

How do you evaluate performance. If you are in a situation where you're teams' performance does not match yours or holding you back? What to do?

What are you doing or what can you do to live more green and for real. Not this fake expensive spending fat hog worthlessness of the green new deal legislation. What is the truth, what can really help the planet and your health?

This episode is kind of random and over a week with three recordings. A lot is happening the world and I would not be a good Community safety and health advocate if I did not talk about current events that are affecting our health and safety.

As a community safety and health advocate these issues concern me.

How often do you take the back roads? Do you always take the highway, or the fast way or the short cut? Do you go the way that has the fast lane and then traffic?

Take the backroads sometimes. Give yourself a break, look at the scenery, spend time deep thinking, just breath.

You can take the backroad to and from home.

You can take the back road to social media and or devices and put them time, schedule certain times you are on and stick to it. Choose to spend more time outside, on projects, with friends and family vs plugged in.

Take the backroads in your career. Sometime we do not always progress in the way we want or the traditional way. So we need to find the backroads or the back door, on how to create within our job to advance our position or make our job and others easier...

Take the backroads in life and living to the PLUS!

Social media has been a journey. At first I did not want to get on, I was not on MySpace. My Sister persisted to talk me into getting onto Fakebook, ironic, she blocked me in the end. Before social, I would mass email and was also on Message Boards were there was a lot of snit talking...

Social was a playground, a way to connect, explore, and discuss. Now it is a cesspool. I have been in fakebook jail 6 times with no way to appeal... Most recently in shadow ban for 90 days and every time I am fake checked they push the date. Could I give in and just take pics of my food and such? Sure, but we are in a crisis and more people need to open their eyes so I continued down the lonely path a info warrior takes... It has hurt my business, I am well aware and somewhat my reputation...

With these new platforms, Gettr and now Truth we have turned a corner and can get back to level playing field communication, connection and promotion. It is a new day!

So I am once again in Fakebook jail, this is number 5 for 30 days. This time they were very late on pulling the trigger and something I have said many times on fakebook- about the need to close the border, them flying illegals around our country on our dime and where our lawless administration needs to go > gitmo...

Living to the Plus is opening your eyes to see what is going on, standing up, sharing the truth and not putting up with this lawlessness and control going on. We are not at the Holocaust yet, but we are headed there, prove me wrong.

Kyle was found not guilty on all counts. I discuss what we can learn from this to Live to the PLUS and how he is the point on the spear to potential change these crazy times we are in.
