Based on our experience in the last 5 years together, we learned the power of understanding how to argue in a way that is constructive rather than destructive, and we would love to share these learnings with you. 

How to argue less, shorter and better has been our main question on this learning path. 

And so for this episode, I get to sit down with my partner, Nemanja and share with you the four agreements we've made to prevent conflict, as well as the five ways we use to resolve conflict when it does arise. We also share examples on how we apply these agreements and strategies into our relationship and why setting this foundation works for us. Because in the 5 years that we have been together, we learned that there's nothing wrong with arguing. In fact, you can learn to be much better in handling it which will really help you and your relationships grow!

In this week's podcast episode, I sat down with Linde Jelena, a breath coach, self-love coach, and ice bath trainer. “From New age Jesus” is a group of people that completely dropped their identity and Life in the “New Age” and turned to Jesus as “The Only Way” and “The Only Truth”. Often with the conviction that every other way of thinking or believing is from the Devil.

I have been fascinated by the movement and intrigued by what is happening. Especially because some of them are direct or indirect friends.

I felt it was time to have a conversation “with each other” instead of “about each other” and decided to invite Imaya Sabine as a guest for the podcast.

Right after I recorded this episode, I opened my Instagram and saw a negative comment underneath my post about serpents. The kind that would trigger me a lot, even a year ago.

This time was the first time I didn’t feel any trigger. And not only that, I was able to send a kind message as a response to this comment.

Would you believe that my journey towards Kundalini Awakening began with a sneeze? Back in 2014 I had a sneeze that caused me to have a herniated disc. It was so bad that the doctors said that I would need surgery. Thankfully, they gave me the chance to heal my herniated disc on my own which led me to the journey of completely defining who I am. Looking back, I can see that it was the kundalini energy that wanted to awaken in my body. And I realized that while something in my body clicked and got dislocated, it also reconnected me to that primordial life force that wanted to open up inside of me. 

This week, I will be sharing with you about my journey towards Kundalini awakening. I want to share my experience with you so that if you have been going through a similar process then hopefully you can find some comfort through my story. I hope that this episode will serve as a form of education and information about Kundalini awakening, because when I experienced this seven years ago, I didn't seem to find the information that could really support me.

My journey with connecting to my ancestors started with a severely herniated disc in my lower back in 2015. I did not want to go through surgery back then and decided to go on my own healing journey. I started listening deeply to what it was my lower back, my roots, and the base of my body were communicating with me. And from there, I set out on my quest to learn about the stories that run through my blood & bones. 

This week I want to dive into the connection with your ancestors, and share five ways to connect to their power. Learning more about my ancestors and forming a deeper connection with them allowed me to ground myself and my roots and find a better understanding of who I am in this body and in this lifetime.

A WEEKEND OF MEDIUMSHIP 3&4 JUNE

In the many years that I have been practicing mediumship, I have gained a lot of insights and have heard of several misconceptions about connecting with the spiritual world which inspired me to record the previous episode about the dont’s for when you feel spirits. But today, we are going to hear about the experiences of someone who teaches mediumship to help people from different walks of life to further understand and connect with their intuition and their mediumship. 

In this conversation, I invited medium, teacher and spiritual coach, Carmen Vreeburg who has been traveling throughout Europe to teach her work for over 20 years now.
