We're Back!!

Wow (!!!!!) We never thought anyone would listen to this podcast but 2K of you did! Cannot thank you guys enough for the great messages and reviews! The opportunities are endless for where we can take this and cant wait to chat with some of you guys further as to what you wanna hear! Our Take Week Two

Weeeeek 2. Things have gotten easier....sort of. More trials and tribulations of Our Take on 75 Hard. We have successfully completed two weeks and we are still just in the beginning! This episode covers the basics of the challenge, our little twist on it as well as a neat break down of fat-burning vs. carb-burning workouts, lack of sodium in our bodies, and even our want of an air fryer. Lots of fun things potentially coming in the future like supplement reviews, questions from our listeners and maybe a some giveaways!

Ally and Nicole, two roommates, both from Boston, and both on Team USA Field Hockey are taking on the daunting 75 hard challenge. This episode covers week one as they battle through the initial week's challenges like getting used to drinking a gallon of water a day, planning two workouts minimum and making time for reading every night. Along with three other women that they work with at Orangetheory Fitness, Ally and Nicole will keep you updated on their journey.
