Episode 24: Your Role in Life: Did You Choose?
I am curious… what is the role you are fulfilling in your life?
Did you choose this role? It seems like a straightforward question… BUT REALLY… DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR ROLE?
Take some time to look back at your life’s experience, and come to an understanding: DID I DECIDE?
Or are the role(s) you are fulfilling ones that were assigned, assumed, or acquired?
1. “Assigned” roles are the ones you are fulfilling because of the expectations of your family...
2. “Assumed” roles are the ones you “fit into” so that you would mesh in with your peers/community/society
3. “Acquired” roles are the ones you obtained due to a circumstance or chain of events that was (one the surface) “outside of your control."
If you feel like the role you are in ISN’T of your choosing, or if you’d like to re-evaluate the role you are fulfilling in 2021, today’s episode is for you. AND I have good news for you: your role... your identity... the life you live: IT'S ALL A CHOICE.

This Episode is so close to my heart... Meeting Myriam Banks was definitely one of my top three moments of 2020. The energy between us, instant connection, and the fact that our missions are so aligned had me feeling more understood than ever before. In this episode, Myriam shares how travel has enriched her life, her marriage, and her motherhood. Plus, we recount the moment we shared on stage together, the friendship that formed through the act of courage, and even the aha moment she has learned something new about her self. So many golden nuggets you won't want to miss! (Also, I apologize in advance for a couple of moments with a three-second lag... I had technical difficulties but what comes just after the lag is so SO good)

Episode 10: What are you hungry for?
I am back and bringing the heat.... ok well not really in the feisty fiery way, but in the literal way: I brought a couple of space heaters into the studio because mama can't work in a 20* studio. Anyhow, today I'm starting 2019 off with the question we have all forgotten to ask: What are you hungry for?
