Whilst we talk about mental health and the acceptance of trans people in our work places, a conversation I had with a young man really made me think and raise an interesting question, should plant hire outfits that offer operated services be offering a holiday pay incentive for reliable and conscientious operators to keep their high standards and give newer operators something to aspire to?

Marketing is often seen as frivolous spends as we go into recession, people think they can save money cutting back, but they're cutting back their exposure to potential customers looking for better and more efficient solutions, cost effective strategies to get their jobs done!
