QUOTES:
“A seat at the table means opportunities.”
“If we want to change the narrative of women having opportunities, we need to have women at all levels. At entry-level, mid-level, and senior leadership positions. We need to be everywhere so we can be surrounding every industry.”
“We have to open doors and invite people in.”
“I was so motivated and so inspired to work on my own, have my own career, to be self-sufficient, to be independent, to be able to own and buy and create things on my own terms. That is what motivated me.”
“I am in the happiest place in my life that I have ever been in. It took me so many years to get here, so many mistakes and miss-steps. And it is ok. Everyone has a different journey.”
“I want women to be empowered to make choices. We should be able to make choices about our bodies and what we want to do with them. We should be able to make choices about our careers and our family. We need to make these choices with partners who are supportive of our journies just the way we are supportive of theirs.”
“I had children and it turned my life upside. It was an identity crisis. I thought, ‘how can I be good at work and be a good mom?’ We have to learn interdependence.”
“The world revolves around interdependence. You have to learn how to rely on others to do your job and fulfill your job. You also have to be there for people when they need help. Learn to be interdependent.”

Join me this week as I debunk some common sobriety myths in celebration of Recovery Awareness Month!

"Sobriety has been a lot more fun for me than when I was actively drinking. Kicking alcohol actually helped me with my social anxiety."
"I guess I thought that admitting that I am an alcoholic meant me admitting that I am bad. Which is a really scary narrative to put on myself. But... I discovered that it is quite the opposite. I KNOW in my soul that I am not BAD."

Welcome back! So… Back in February when my mom passed, I started seeing a healer named Joyce Haddad. Joyce specializes in Spiritual Entanglement – helping her clients release spiritual holds, bonds, and anchors so that they can feel freedom from what is holding them back – even if those bonds are tensions between people and loved ones. This year, she released her first book called Spiritual Divorce, which is not really about Divorce, but more about the idea of DIVORCING toxic ties between individuals that cause more harm than good.
Joyce is an intuitive facilitator of divine energy and transformational expert. She is a visionary entrepreneur with a devoted twenty years of experience in quantum healing. She specialize in trauma work, and incorporates quantum medicine through voice alchemy, metaphysics, pattern behavior, reprogramming, resetting the human mind, the energy system and so much more.
Do you feel stuck in your life? In this episode, Joyce Haddad teaches us how to untangle those feelings through our energy and awareness. There are so many things that we experience that affect how we feel. It is our time to become aware of our emotions and the sequence of knots created by our life experiences. Our thoughts are electric energy and our feelings are magnetic. What does this mean? The entangled chemistry you feel is attracting the realities we live. In this episode, we dive deep into this concept and many others. Tune in to learn how to untangle your life and reveal your higher purpose.
- Exchange of energy
- Getting out of the stuck
- Breathwork
- Confronting aspects of your life
- Going into your subconscious mind
- Energy
- Struggling with self-love

Soundbites you won’t want to miss:
"Everyone works with energy without realizing it. Your words have substance. Your thoughts have substance. Your feelings have substance. That is how we travel through life."
"There is a science that has proven that there is energy. Everything is energy."
"We are energy. If we begin to perceive our lives as vibrations and frequency, then we can work on our entanglements."
"Everybody has vibes. Everybody feels a vibe and everybody gives out a vibe."
"This entanglement technique allows you to release ."
"My mission is to expand as much as possible so that people have the tools to align themselves with a higher purpose."

September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, and this week, I am opening up about my journey as a parent of a child who was diagnosed with Cancer and successfully went through treatment.
For Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month, I want to encourage all parents to keep their eyes and their ears open. Never ever feel insecure or unsure of advocating for your child. Listen with compassion if someone chooses to open up to you about their situation. Ask how to help and try not to assume. Never push additional fear onto parents in the throes of supporting their child. They are terrified enough.
Thank you for joining me on this vulnerable journey and for all of your positive energy. I'm grateful for my TKNS family!

Celebrating Positive Moments:
"The treatments really did make him like Super-Hulk. At basketball practice, he was previously unable to get his shots up and into the big kid basket. Now, he was able to get those shots up. For what it's worth, it helped his confidence during a really difficult time and empowered him."

52. What I Learned About Giving Birth - Nikki Spo
Okay! So this week on The Know I'm giving you all the info on what I learned the two times I gave birth. I had my first son in 2018 and my second son in 2019... and with my baby girl on the way, I've been reminiscing about what I was taught about childbirth. When you're pregnant, there are usually a ton of people who love to tell you what to do with your body (ummmmmmm... let's not even start with how BIG of a problem that is)... and I am not here to tell you what to do with yours. But! I do want to give you some insight into how I made decisions regarding the birth of my two children, and how I worked together with my doctor, my partner, and my doula. Also - I share some tips and tricks about.... pushing... that I picked up along the way.
Please keep an open mind! I am truly speaking from personal experience. As always - do your own research, consult with your doctor, and come up with a plan that works best for you!

She then immediately knew she wanted to do a fellowship in functional medicine, to share this incredible gift with others.
This week, Nikki talks to Renee Wellenstein about the ‘taboo’ topic of libido. But why should this topic be taboo? So many women, of all ages, struggle with low libido. Giordana “Gigi” Spadei Vogel is a Colombia native raised in Miami, FL. She is known as Florida's poster girl for all things involving the best in fashion, health & wellness, and natural beauty. Gigi's career & education started in the rough-and-tumble fashion realm, finance, and international business. After years of emotional and physical toll in a fast-paced industry, Gigi looked for accessible and natural alternative practices to restore balance in her daily life. While studying to be a health coach at the IIN, she became fascinated by the seemingly magical benefits of a plant-based diet and many different naturals and holistic approaches used to take care of the body and mind.
Soon after, it became a passion for cultivating & delivering her knowledge to Miami's fast-growing health and wellness community through her social media accounts. Bethany discusses the by-product of the “Inner Mothering” as a way to create a bond of safety with the child inside of you. TKNS family…
April 18th, 2020 is my sobriety date, which means I now have two consecutive years of sobriety. That’s 730 days to be exact, and every day counts. Every moment has mattered. My life feels like a different life in so many ways. And in a lot of ways, it’s the same. Hardships don’t stop happening just because I got sober. BUT… How I handle tough moments has changed dramatically. How I feel about who I am, how I love myself, and how I love other people has changed. With the absence of self-medication, my level of compassion towards others has improved while my tolerance for pain has diminished.
I have chosen to be open about my alcoholism and sobriety because I know how inspiring it has been for me to see other women standing in their power and thriving in recovery. The lives I have seen change from this lifestyle choice have been an important part of my own recovery, and I am hoping that I might be able to spread the light towards another person who is sick and suffering in the throes of addiction.
In this episode, I cover some of the red flags that were there for me… that I have been able to acknowledge in hindsight. These are my own and are not necessarily yours or anyone else’s red flags. These recollections and observations are simply part of my journey which I have been able to reflect upon during my time abstaining from alcohol.
Thank you for tuning in to this very vulnerable message about my personal recovery journey.

31. My MONEY Story - Nikki Spo
What is up money mamas! Nikki Spo here for another solo episode. So in truth, this episode was the actual first solo episode I actually recorded. It is totally unscripted and there's really no advice. I'm just sharing my experience... my money story. And it took me a bit to get the gutz to release this one bc it feels very "me, me, me!" But it is what it is. You know I don't think there are many mistakes in the world and there's a reason you need to hear this message.
There aren't any "obvious" takeaways here TBH (but sometimes takeaways are meant to be subtle)...but what you WILL get is an overall feeling of empowerment, the notion that your "money things" are a direct result of your mindset (good or bad), and really an inside look at what my life was like and how the hustle began.
I hope you find it insightful! BTW. It's okay to want, make, or have lots of money. Don't let anyone shame you into feeling otherwise. #IYKYK

Alexandra shares her experience as a medical doctor, an intimacy coach and a wife of over 25 years in a refreshing and hopeful way.
