Post your content everywhere - but center in community
Small business strategy in the shadow of Corona. Post your content on all the channels and in all formats you can possibly version it, BUT always lead people back to you community. Why? It is here you can drive really good conversations, members can browse other stuff from you and when the need arises for your product or service people can contact you in the messenger. Not on the phone (it wont happen), not via email (it takes too much time. The messenger inside your community is extremely powerful for you as a small business to engage and catch demand directly. Having a messenger dialogue with a member = income.
