Today Ryan and Andrew sit down with Ryan Harmsen of No Coast Social.  They discuss the biggest mistakes businesses make in their marketing plans, what it was like starting a business from scratch in the Quad Cities, and the wide varieties of industries Ryan has previous experience in.

Ryan said while many told him he was hopping around too much and he felt like a "jack of many trades, while master of none", he credits that experience for being able to service clients in many different industries today.  At the end of the episode Ryan makes an announcement that will benefit the majority of the SMBs in the Quad City Area.
