Mental Health with Dr. Kandell
We got the opportunity to talk to Dr. Jonathan Kandell, the Director of the USG Center for Counseling and Consultation. In our discussion we talked about the importance of mental health, his path of becoming a leader in therapy, and some simple solutions to challenges concerning the holidays. Dr. Kandell was able to provide tremendous insight into the ins and outs of therapy and why he believes therapy should be a tool in every student's toolbox.

As Black History Month comes to a close this weekend, our last episode of the month continues the conversation about the way systemic racism persists within society, particularly in criminal justice and in higher education.
