Claire Maxted, aka Wild Ginger Running was at the front leading the way as trail running took off big time in the UK as the co founder of Trail Running Magazine. Trail races started popping up everywhere as people, runners, realised how much more fun it was getting muddy whilst running the trails.

Fast forward to today and Claire is a creator, author, journalist and much more as she still champions Trail Running.
