Our guest Patience Phiri sheds more light on Feminism. Patience "Pat" Phiri is a feminist, a creative entreprenuer, an artivist, television and events host, socialite and mother of one. She is most known for the talk show, Queening With The Empress, her time with Skyz Metro FM, The Chit Chat Talk show and most recently as the host of the Bulawayo Arts Awards.

She is  passionate about children and she spends her spare time visiting disabled children.  Viola also enjoys reading and travelling.

Do women hate each other or have we just been programmed to? Why are so happy to be called "one of the guys?" Nozi talks to Tinashe about the alleged "Pull Her Down" syndrome and the ways in which women seem unkind to one another. 

Tinashe is a poet and spoken word artist. She is a Bulawayo Arts Award winner and a  two time National Arts Merit Award winner, scooping the Outstanding poet award twice in a row between 2017 and 2018. At the time she was the youngest person  and only female to win the award.
 She has performed at various events such as Shoko Festival, Word N Sound Festival and Intwasa Arts Festival.
In the middle of the issues that she addresses in her poetry, she likes to discuss things that move her and things that are relevant to society.
Other than being a poet, Tinashe is a practising Medical Laboratory Scientist.

To date, she has worked with organisations such as WILD (Women;s Institute for Leadership Development), CITE (Centre for Information and Technology) as well as Skyz Metro FM. 

Among her interests, she places value on movements that push for women's issues.
