NKS Talks. I'm Natália and I'm a coach specialised in bulimia, binge eating and emotional eating recovery. I had bulimia for 10+ years and now I help others to recover and find food and body freedom. This podcast aims to help those who are going through something similar, but also those who want to grow personally. You can look forward to specific episodes about EDs, but also to interesting guests, because I am basically interested in the whole world, from EDs and self-development, through spirituality, sports, education, health, and more
