2. Habits & Bulimia/Binge eating: On WHY is your ED a habit and WHAT to do about it
In this episode I discuss Habits in relations to eating disorders. Bulimia, binge and emotional eating are decisions often made on autopilot, it's a habit formed from restriction or just life events. I discuss how they are formed, and how you can start breaking ir and start gaining back control.
Once I learned about habits and started approaching my recovery from that point of view, and from the view of neuroscience and mindfulness I recovered with the help of my coach. No I teach others do the same.
