Quite possibly the most talked about era in WWE SmackDown history comes from a several month stretch in 2002 brought to us the beloved SmackDown Six. Edge, Rey Mysterio, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Chavo Guerrero became even greater stars after being paired with each other week in and week out. They all faced off in a Triple Threat Elimination Match at Survivor Series 2002, which even though that show is historic for many reasons, these six men may have stolen the show on that night in New York City. WWE WrestleMania 39 has officially come and gone. In my personal opinion, this was an all-timer WrestleMania. Did I agree with every result? No. Was it so bad that it affected my overall view of the weekend? Absolutely not. What we saw this weekend was the payoff to long term storytelling. From Saturday to Sunday we saw stories that have been transpiring for months, and some even nearly a year, either conclude or write the next chapter. This was one of those weekends that just reminded me why I love pro wrestling. The roller-coaster ride it takes you on is like no other. Of course, in a match against his son Dominik Mysterio.  Today, I'm here to give my thoughts on not only whether I see Rey Mysterio vs Dominik Mysterio as a possiblity for WrestleMania as well as it being a retirement match, but I also discuss a little what Rey has meant to me. In this video, we'll take a deep dive into All Elite Wrestling's strategic plan for success by continuing to utilize their homegrown talent. AEW's recent segment featuring the Four Pillars - MJF, Jungle Boy, Darby Allin, and Sammy Guevara - was a perfect example of the company's commitment to developing young stars from within.  From MJF's villainous charisma to Jungle Boy's underdog charm, Darby Allin's extreme edge to Sammy Guevara's high-flying abilities, each wrestler brings something unique to the table, as well as so many others on that roster.  We'll also discuss how AEW's focus on homegrown talent will continue to set them apart, and how this strategy has already paid off with the likes of Hangman Adam Page and Britt Baker becoming major stars in their own right.  Ultimately, we'll argue that continuing to invest in and showcase their talented roster is the key to AEW's future success. The Four Pillars segment was a perfect example of how AEW can utilize its young talent in compelling ways, and let them take center focus in the company.

In this video, we will discuss why WWE's decision to book Brock Lesnar vs Omos at WrestleMania is actually a better option than having Lesnar defeat someone who actually matters or be involved in a championship match. Many fans are disappointed that Lesnar won't be involved in a higher-profile match against the likes of Gunther, Edge or even Stone Cold Steve Austin. However, we will explain why this match-up can actually be more beneficial for both Lesnar and WWE as a whole at this time. Let's highlight the potential drawbacks of having Lesnar defeat someone who actually matters, such as devaluing other superstars like a Bronson Reed, Gunther, Solo Sikoa and more. Additionally, we will argue that involving Lesnar in another match with Bobby Lashley would have lacked that "WrestleMania" feel.  Overall, here is a fair perspective on this match-up, and argue that it is a harmless addition to WrestleMania that can entertain fans and offer something unique to the show.
