Beth and Bett, while sitting in a hot tub whacked on edibles, decide to disengage from consensual reality, until further notice

Beth and Bett realize they are less addicted to social media and the internet and are now addicted to TALKING ABOUT social media and the internet.  Beth's brain was broken by the response in the matrix of the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg; while Bett is learning how to build her public avatar as she makes appearances on Zoom and podcasts promoting her book.  If we equate our current existential state as a collective to a bad psychedelic trip, how do we not blame the "brown acid." 

Beth and Bett review all their physical and mental symptoms.  Beth prepares to get off Facebook, while Bett figures out the psycho-active chemical equivalent of each electoral candidate. 

New rules in new Covid times; the pandemic is not over even while some of us believe we can make it so.  Who plays by the rules and who doesn't, and whose rules are we talking about? Bett likes to sneak into pools, doesn't get the point of rules, while Beth follows them all.  It's the laws she likes to break.  Are you a rule breaker or a law breaker, a conformist or an independent?  What is a sheeple? Is it wise to be discussing inter-dimentional sex with sprit entities in the town square?
