Psychotherapist, Luz Marina Lopez from West Palm Beach Florida sheds light on how people are already being affected by the "social distancing" and isolation. She reminds us that we are already great at keeping contact with the people we love with social media. So, although we are physically apart, we are helping each other get through this. We just need to continue helping each other.  She continues to explain that our fear and anxiety are rooted in all our unanswered questions. "What's going to happen to my job?" "How long will this last?" She recommends focusing on things you like to do,  taking advantage of the time to be innovative and collaborating with like-minded individuals to help you solve problems you might be facing.  The need to adapt to change is another reason we are emotionally distraught.
