Did you know...that when you hang on to anger and pain and hurt from the past it manifests itself into physical pain as well? Not only that, it also damages your mental health and emotional well being. Today we're talking about why you need to forgive the people who hurt you asap. 

Today's show is about something a little different. Food. The food you eat and how it's damaging your health. I share with you some examples of how simple changes to my daily diet has completely obliterated some old pains I've had in my hands and wrist. It's easy to go to the pharmacy and buy ibuprofen or other pain meds but why would you kill yourself with those when you can take full control of your health and eliminate your pain simply by changing your diet?

As we hit midlife and beyond, so many of us start feeling unworthy and that we have no purpose in life. In today's show I'm going to share 5 thoughts to help you get through that so you do feel like the magnificent queen you truly are. 

I have a super special guest on the show this week, Melane from Midlife is Magical and she talks about her journey from stay at home to divorce and going back to school after 50. 

So many of us are crippled by limiting beliefs. The voices in our head that stop us from doing things we really want to do! Today we're gonna squash those and I have two fun exercises for you to do. Trust me, you'll really like them. 

I grew up in a very volatile abusive household. Verbal, mental, emotional and physical abuse were the norm. I have forgiven my parents for the physical abuse but never let go of the mental and emotional torment. It was brutal. Tonight I want to share a couple of mindset hacks with you I picked up in my mastermind coaching this afternoon. I hope they help you too.

Why do we take better care of our car and our things than we do our mental and emotional and spiritual health? We put bandaids on everything and never take the time to actually fix our issues. You can't keep living like that!! It's harmful and extremely damaging. 

When you don't heal from trauma or hurt from the past, it will haunt you and cause you physical, emotional and mental pain for the rest of your life. Is that how you want to live?? I doubt it.
