Ep. 06: Forgetting to take care of ourselves
Hello everyone!
In this week's episode I talk about how easy it is for us to forget to take care of ourselves whether that is because of how busy we are or because we simply don't do it. That's been me for the past couple of weeks. BUT I've decided to make a deal with myself to try and be better and to actually take action to practice self-care more often.

Ep. 04: Let's talk about grief and loss
Hello everyone! Welcome back and thank you for listening to another episode!
This is quite a difficult (and very personal) topic to talk about, but I decided it would be good to share my experience and some advice to anyone out there dealing with a loss right now. Grief is very personal and each person deals with it in a very different way, so don't take my word as the absolute truth! and also, don't judge anyone that's going through it, because everyone deals with it differently :)

Hello everyone and welcome back!
Here's the first episode of season 2! I'm so excited for everything coming this year!

In this episode I share my goals and resolutions for this year, what I want to change and what steps I'm going to take towards achieving everything I want.

Ep. 20: Comparing ourselves to others
Hello everyone! and welcome back for another episode!
In this episode I talked about why I compared (and still do) compared myself to others, what's made me do it and how I'm working towards not doing it anymore (not an easy job, let me tell you). Why is it that we're always looking at what other have, do, buy or achieve and we fail to look at everything that we have in our lives that we're taking for granted day in and day out? That's what I'm trying to improve. Listen to the episode to learn how and my opinion on this!

Ep 18: What 2020 has taught me
Welcome back to another episode!
In this episode I open up about the lessons I've learned this year. It's crazy to think that 2020 is almost over and what a year. Weird, scary, stressful and everything in between. But, as bad as it has been for everyone, I know we can all take something from it. And that's exactly what I share in this episode - what 2020 has taught me. And you? What lessons have you learned this year?

Hey hey! Here I am with a new episode!
In this one I talked about breakups in general but I dive into friendship and relationship breakups. I share with you guys my experience with both and how I dealt with it. We've all been through one of those and it can be really hard, but we always need to remember that no matter what happens, we'll always have something better waiting for us on the other side - and whatever people did that hurt you, always know that it says more about them than it does about you ;).
I hope you enjoy it!

Ep. 15: Social Media & Mental Health
Welcome back! This is a pretty personal episode, where I talk about my experience on social media and mental health. I share my opinion on both and how they can be detrimental for your mental health. Ep. 14: Hustle culture & productivity
Hello everyone! Have you ever felt guilty about not being productive? Or not being as productive as you thought you were going to be? Have you ever asked yourself: is it really me that's not being productive or do I have an unhealthy idea of what "productive" means?
In this day and age, all we see is people waking up at the crack of dawn, going to the gym, eating a super healthy breakfast, and hustling. All day. Every day. But... is that the true reality? Probably not.
In this episode I talk about what my idea of "being productive" is and how it has changed over this year. We need to remember that we don't live in the same world. Our reality has changed. Therefore, our habits, how we work, and how we "hustle" needs to change too.
