Running From Feeling Enough
If we slow down we might find we feel more content than when we do more. In this episode we explore how tuning into our inner worlds supports our outer expression. It is often counters creativity, feeling enough, and is at the expense of our wellbeing to push for more. Knowing when to push and when to pause is the goal. Building On Experience And Not Abandoning It
Despite feeling like completely new people at different junctions of our lives, our past creations continue to inform our output in the present. Embracing the continued evolution of us as creatives can also mean pulling from past experiences. My Dopamine Detox
After a sluggish few days I suspected I could use a dopamine detox. Because social media and a lot of screen activities give us such quick dopamine hits, it can challenge our concentration toward slower reward activities (like reading, studying, building businesses or other pursuits). However, the slower reward activities tend to be the ones which can most positively impact us and the world. This is how my 24 hour dopamine detox went.
