Sarah and Nippy were in the NXIVM (said Nexium) cult for 12 and 16 years respectively.

In early 2017, Sarah was invited into a secret women's sect of the cult called DOS. She was asked to strip naked, was blindfolded and led into a room with several other women.

She was then instructed to repeat the words "Master, would you brand me? It would be an honour" and she was branded with the cult leaders initials.

It wasn't long after, that Sarah and Nippy along with a small band of close friends, blew the whistle and alerted the media and authorities about the crimes of Keith Raniere.

He ended up being sentenced to 120 years in prison for sex trafficking and racketeering charges, among others.

In this episode, I spoke to Sarah and Nippy about their experiences within the cult, how they got out and how they have begun their healing process to regain their lives and families.

They now have a podcast called A Little Bit Culty, where they speak to cult experts, whistleblowers and other cult survivors.

Tom Kreffer is back for another episode! In this weeks episode, Nate and Tom discuss his book, Toddler Inc. Toddler Inc. is the 3rd book, which was released last year, in the Adventures in Dadding series . We also talk about how to broach tough subjects with kids, the toddler wonderment in the small things that we, as adults, often miss and the fascination that toddlers have with obscure items, like Henry the Hoover.

This episode, I had an awesome chat with Andrew Geldert. Drew is a personal development coach and a dad to teenagers. He is also the founder of the Man to Man Brotherhood Movement and the Man to Man: Lets Talk About It Podcast.

Being Fathers Day in Australia this past weekend, we decided to talk about stepdads and question what the responsibilities of a stepdad are, discipline and when the child's father should be brought in to deal with a certain situation.

This episode, Nate tells Judge about his sons biological dad popping up out of nowhere. Judge helps Nate look at the other side of the coin to assist Nate to rationalise his situation in a more positive light.

This episode, I sat down with Damian Piotto. He is a dad of 3 girls as well as the creator and host of the Apex Unleashed podcast.

We talk about generational differences, adapting with technology and the resistance of life. We also delve a bit deeper into teaching our kids resilience and problems solving skills. Damian makes some good points about how overprotection of our kids can easily undo those lessons, in turn, creating adults who can't think for themselves.
