Women's Day message
This episode is my women's day speech for a Mumbai college. There is no doubt that progress has been made regarding equality over the last century. But we still have a lot of ground to cover, according to The United Nations and UNESCO-
1. more than two-thirds of the world's illiterate people are women
2. It is estimated that 60% of chronically hungry people are women and around 130 million girls are out of school worldwide.
3. Though we comprise more than 50% of the world's population, sadly, we only own 1% of the world's wealth.

Being in the present moment, or the “here and now,” means that we are aware and mindful of what is happening at this very moment. Where we are not distracted by our past that is already gone or worries of the future that we have no control of. The present moment is the only thing where there is no time. It is the point between past and future. If we consciously start practicing being in the present it will not only lead us to a healthy & happy life but also help us fight anxiety, cut down on our worries and rumination, and keep us grounded and connected to ourselves and everything around us. Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
One of the most significant habits you can cultivate to become successful repeatedly in any endeavor is to get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you have big dreams and the vision you have feels bigger than the moment you will require to step out of your comfort zone whether it's in your relationships, finances, career, or even in your health. You will have to step out!!
Constantly remind ourselves that when we stop expecting to be comfortable and forge into new territory, that's when the growth and the change we want to see starts to take place. Remember the choice is always yours. It is just a matter of making the decision!

Winner's Mindset
To overcome the challenges in life we must have a 'Winner's Mindset'. Irrespective of the age. Stop asking yourself How long will it take? instead, ask How far can I go? Talent and intelligence are flexible traits that can be changed with disciplined practice. Remember your outcomes are often a lagging measure of your habits. So work on your habits. It is the habits that precede those outcomes. You are either moving forward or standing still. The choice is yours. Decide!!
The Power of Imagination
The brain has the power to imagine things that it wants. But a lot of us don’t spend time in imagination without realizing that imagination is the workshop of a man. All successful leaders share one secret ingredient that is how to use imagination in their favour. Every material thing that was created by humans was first imagined. Things happen twice in life once in your head and once in reality. Imagination strengthens your creative abilities and is a great tool for recreating and remodeling your world and your life.
Happiness
‘The only keeper of your happiness is you. Stop giving people the power to control your smile, your worth and your attitude.’ Happiness is a choice and you can make this choice every single day. Why not practice cultivating happiness this week? Do something purely for the joy of it every single day, even if it’s just for a short amount of time.

Analysis Paralysis
Avoid overthinking as it leads to ‘analysis paralysis’ It's important to think things through, but many use thinking as a means of avoiding action. Because you subconsciously predict bad outcomes over good ones every time. Overthinking encourages you not only to be super-cautious but to be more distrustful. Don't fall into this misconception that overthinking is self-reflection. Because self-reflection is always purposeful. While self-reflection leads to some revelations about you, overthinking only damages your sense of self.
Self-Doubt: Setting Limits for Self
Self-doubt is good in very small doses. A little self-doubt is normal and healthy as it prevents a person from crossing the fine line between self-confidence and over-confidence. But allowing self-doubt to take the wheel of your life is a sure way to end up with remorse and anger.
