Everything happens exactly when it’s suppose to and if it doesn’t happen now, it will in time.
We pressure ourselves too much to stay on top of everything, to constantly be in the ‘know’, to be switched on all the time and know what our ‘purpose’ is, but what if you take a step back and look at where you are right now, and realise that this IS the path you’re supposed to be on?
There is no need to pressure ourselves anymore about what is right, wrong, not quite right, we shall accept what is.
So, I’m here to remind you that it’s okay to lose ourself for a while, only to find ourself again

Definition:
Mindfulness (noun): a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
In this episode we focus on becoming present within our mind and body, by using our breath as an anchor, connecting into the surrounding environment and also acknowledging thoughts that may flow into our minds and simply letting them go.
Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to use, when practiced, to help ease anxiety, depression, social anxiety, worry and other health ailments.

We have the capacity to heal through connection to nature more than we realise and by simply spending some time each day to sit under a tree, do yoga on grass, read a book on a hill or run through a forest, we allow ourselves to come back 'home' for awhile and rejuvenate our souls.
