In a twist of events, in this episode, our hosts Megan Smith and Patrice Berry will be the interviewees with our first ever guest host, Monica Wigman. You Can't Pour From an Empty Cup

You Can't Pour From an Empty Cup

One of the biggest challenges nonprofit employees face is the dreaded “burnout.” In this field it is easy to get caught in a cycle in which our desire to help outweighs our need to take care of ourselves. This is where burnout tends to creep in. In our newest podcast episode we sit down with health coach Katie Hubbard to discuss the ways in which we can use healthy boundaries, mindful practices and getting to know ourselves to combat the fearful burnout.
