Tonna Flanagan is the principal of Fargo-Gage Elementary School with the Fargo-Gage Public School District. She also serves as the NW Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee.

Danielle Patterson is the principal of Reed Elementary School, Holdenville Public Schools. Danielle is the 2023 Oklahoma Principal of the Year. She will be recognized and honored at the 2024 OAESP Leadership Conference on February 28-29, 2024. Register today!

Darren Nelson is the Principal of Westwood Elementary School, Stillwater Public Schools. He was named the 2023 OAESP Principal of Excellence.

Jeff Gibe is the Principal of Jay Upper Elementary School. He is a former OAESP Executive Committee Member where he served as the NE Regional Representative. Jeff was named the James R. Burnett Principal of Distinction last year.

Chris LeGrande recently retired as the Guthrie High School Principal. He is a former OASSP High School Principal of the Year, NASSP National Advocacy Champion of the Year, and former OASSP President. He now serves as the Executive Director of OASSP and OMLEA serving with me at CCOSA.

Will Parker is the former Executive Director of OASSP and OMLEA at CCOSA. He is now doing consulting work through his company, Principal Matters.

Julie Bloss is the newly retired principal of Grove Early Childhood Center, Grove Public Schools. She has served as OAESP President during the 2017-18 school year. Most recently, she served as the NAESP State Representative as well as serving on the NAESP Magazine editorial board. She is now a fellow for NAESP in the Center for Early Learning Leadership.

Shareen Smith is the assistant principal at Deer Creek 4th and 5th Grade Center, Deer Creek Public Schools.

Amanda Rader is the principal of Garfield Elementary School, Enid Public Schools.

Amy Moyer is the principal of Verdigris Elementary School, Verdigris Public Schools. 

Gene Ray is the principal of Washington Elementary School, Clinton Public Schools. He also serves as the NW Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee.

Charla Matthews is the principal of Grove Upper Elementary School, Grove Public Schools. 

Terri Hamilton is the principal of Altus Elementary School, Altus Public Schools. Terri serves as the SW Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. 

Donna Boles is the principal of Perkins-Tryon Intermediate Elementary School, Perkins-Tryon Public Schools. Donna served as the OAESP President during the 2020-2021 school year and is a past OAESP Principal of the Year and National Distinguished Principal (NDP). 

Chrissy Willard is the principal of Stuart Roosa Elementary School, Claremore Public Schools.  I served as the Principal of Roosa Elementary for 9 years from 2008-2017.  I hired Mrs. Willard as our school counselor and it was a natural fit for her to take over as principal when I left in 2017.  

Margaret Saunders-Simpson is the principal of Wilson Elementary School and Horace Mann Early Childhood Center, Oklahoma City Public Schools. 

Dr Reuben Bellows is the principal of Earl Harris Elementary School, Bethany Public Schools. 

Marissa McCoy is the principal of Cherokee Elementary School, Tahlequah Public Schools.  

Ryan Glaze is the principal of Jenks East Elementary with Jenks Public Schools.  

Kellye Shuck is the Principal of Catalayah Elementary School, Claremore Public Schools. Kellye and I worked together in Claremore for 13 years.

Nicole Marler is the Principal of Ida Freeman Elementary School, Edmond Public Schools.  She is the 2022 Oklahoma Principal of the Year.

Mark Lea is the Principal of Stilwell Grade School, Stilwell Public Schools.  Mark was the 2021 Oklahoma Principal of the Year.

Camille Holt is the Principal of Shattuck Elementary School, Shattuck Public Schools.  She has served as the President of OAESP during the 2018-2019 school year.  

Dana Moore is the Principal of Edison Elementary School, Lawton Public Schools. She also serves as the Lawton PS Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. I have known Dana since the late 1990s. I student taught in the building where she was teaching (Woodland Hills Elementary School).  Dana is a breast cancer survivor.  You will hear that story in today's episode.  

Dana McMillin is the Principal of Marietta Elementary School, Marietta Public Schools. She also serves as the OAESP Southeast Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. I met Dana in Neosho, Missouri when she was my neighbor when we were first year teachers in the small rural SW Missouri school district.  We went to Grad school together and earned our Masters Degrees from SW Missouri State University.  Also, Dana introduced me to my wife, also named Dana.  You will hear that story in today's episode.

Lindy Risenhoover is the Principal of Jenks Southeast Elementary School, Jenks Public Schools. She also serves as the OAESP Tulsa Area Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. I met Lindy several years ago when we were both going through the National School Leaders Institute (NSIL) through the Lead to Succeed Program hosted by the Oklahoma State Department of Education.  Lindy is an amazing leader.  

Jenny Affentranger is the principal of Bethel Lower Elementary School in the Bethel School District. Jenny also serves as the SE Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee.

Tara Burnett is the Principal of Highland Park Elementary School in the Woodward School District.  She also serves as the OAESP NW Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee. 

Andrea Sifers is the Principal of Ft. Gibson Intermediate Elementary School in the Ft. Gibson School District.  She also serves as the NE Regional Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee.

Michele Milner is the Principal of Northern Hills Elementary School with Edmond Public Schools. She serves as the OKC Area Representative on the OAESP Executive Committee.  

Amy Estes is the principal of Hollis Elementary School with the Hollis Public Schools. 

Ashley Hoggatt is the principal of D.D. Kirkland Elementary School in Putnam City Public Schools located in Oklahoma City, OK. She is currently the past-president of OAESP.
