Jason, Mark, and April sat down with Sid Morris (Battle OCR and one of the main builders for NORAM) and ended up getting a surprise drop in from a couple of surprise guest, most noteably, Brett Steward (owner of Mud Run Guide and NORAM's race director). Brett talked with us for quite a while. He was a little further from the mic, but you will not want to miss this one!
If you are getting prepped (jacked) for NORAM 2019, this episode is a must listen! You'll hear a guest co-host (Mike Stefano from Obstacle Running Adventures) joining Jason and talking about things that can expected from the race at Stratton Mountain. We cover a lot of technique tips on some of the harder obstacles as well as some of the more peculiar and interesting rules.
